The WHITE database is a web-based system that helps incident tracking and case management. Four of BC’s six health authorities are now using the system.

Changing the Work Environment

In partnership with the Health Authorities, British Columbia Nurses’ Union (BCNU) and the Health Employees’ Union (HEU), OHSAH is conducting a survey that aims to identify stressors in the workplace and how they affect frontline healthcare workers. The goal is to successfully implement changes in the work environment for the benefit of employees’ mental health.
